Tip #30: Tools >> Options

If you use Word often, you’ll find that little things might annoy you. You can make some changes to the way Office applications work by using Tools >> Options. For example, say you wanted grammar check to look for one space instead of two spaces between sentences. Tools >> Options >> Spelling & Grammar >> Settings.

Or maybe you’re annoyed that you can’t move clipart and images where you’d like in a Word document. Tools >> Options >> Edit >> Insert/Paste Pictures As >> Square.
