Summer Technology Academy

This summer’s academy is short–just one credit, but you may choose from three days. If you’re not interested in credit, we are trying something a little different this year . . . you can come for a morning or afternon session, depending on your interests. Here are the choices:

  • June 12, 8:30 to 12: Getting Organized and Creating Documents with Word and Publisher
  • June 12, 12: 45 to 3:45: Pictures, Cameras, and PowerPoint
  • June 15, 8:30 to 11: Online Learning & Collaboration (Moodle, Wikis, blogs, and chat)
  • June 15, 12 to 3:30: John Pederson from Wiscnet will join us to talk about Networked Learning –Crossing Web 2.0 Tools and Learning with Google Apps)
  • June 16, 8:30 to 11: Tools, Tips, and Tricks for Improving Student Research Projects
  • June 16, 12 to 3:30: Podcasting (and Vodcasting) Camp
