Moving Toward our GoogleGoal

We're making progress

We’re making steady progress toward our GoogleGoal. Over the last two days of inservice, we introduced or refreshed more than 80 staff members. Some of the highlights from my point-of-view:

  • Our administrators prepared and taught two packed sessions, covering calendars, forms, spreadsheets, and docs.
  • Watching one staff member transfer a paper calendar to Google . . .
  • Staff members identifying ways they might use GoogleDocs, like publishing student work or making collaborative story creation even more compelling.
  • Forms as assessments!
  • And finally seeing GoogleApps in use during our open lab times . . .

Thanks to everyone who attended sessions and jumped in!
