Tuesday Technology Tip: Email Wrangling

Today’s tip is about taming the inbox.  For most of us, it’s easy to find ourselves with a bottomless pit of mail in the inbox.  If that feels stressful, don’t worry.  You can get rid of email from years ago. (It’s all archived)  And if you feel better after cleaning house, you can do so quickly with a few steps.
There are four basic tips that help you stay on top of the email pile:
  • Mark as unread/Read later
  • Categories = color coding
  • Threaded discussions
  • Folders in the cabinet, and the One Touch Rule (OHIO)
